Releasor refers to the party listed below and will refer to themselves throughout this document as "the Releasor," "I," and through the use of other first-person pronouns.

Content (or Released Media) refers to any photographic (printed, digital or otherwise) or recorded video (on film, digital, video, tape, or otherwise) provided by the Releasor to Our Animal Army LLC.

I, (titled by form filled above), the Releasor, hereby and irrevocably authorize Our Animal Army LLC, its employees, agents, licenses, successors, and third-party organizations, the right, permission and ownership of my released media to use, re-use, edit, copy, publish, re-publish, release, re-release, modify, adapt, display, reproduce, distribute, post, license, copyright and/or create derivative works in the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, images, recordings, to include it with the Content of others, with sound effects, special effects and music in any medium including but not limited to social media, live-streaming, print, on the Internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation in advertising, marketing, publications, electronic distribution, the Internet or any other medium in any form that has been or will be invented and for any other business, commercial and/or non-commercial purposes;

I consent to the use of this Released Media while knowing and understanding that my name, comments, and other identifying factors may be revealed to the general public. I hereby and irrevocably authorize Our Animal Army LLC the use of my name, voice, and likeness in the Content that I have provided willingly and warrant that any Released Media provided is original and does not infringe upon copyright or proprietary rights of another person or entity.

I hereby release Our Animal Army LLC, their agents, employees, licensees and third-party organizations from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with any use of the Released Media, including, without limitation, claims for privacy violations, right of publicity claims, defamation, intellectual property rights, and/or any other cause of action arising out of production, distribution, broadcast, exhibition, or any other use of the Released Media. I claim no ownership of the Released Media and forego any opportunity, whether past or present, to copyright or trademark the Released Media. I assert that I take full responsibility for my involvement in this project and the risks that it may entail (be they legal, physical, or mental) and release Our Animal Army LLC from any claims, demands, losses, damages, suits, and liabilities of any kind whatsoever in connection with the Released Media.

I understand that by transferring my Released Media I am not guaranteed future payment of any kind and that my Released Media is provided royalty-free to Our Animal Army LLC. Furthermore, I acknowledge that Our Animal Army LLC owns all rights to the results and proceeds of my Released Media rendered in connection herewith. I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my likeness appears.

There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing.

I hereby certify that I am over thirteen (13) years of age and am competent to contract in my own name insofar as the above is concerned. If I am less than thirteen (13) years old, that my parent or guardian has signed this release form below. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees and personal representatives.

By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above consent and release and agree to be bound thereby.
